Dreamsicle Cake

Dreamsicle cake

Ingredients:
1 box orange cake mix ( Duncan Hines is a good brand)
10 oz diet orange soda, diet Sprite, or diet 7-up
1 egg white
2 (4 servings) box fat free sugar free orange Jello
1 box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1 cup FF milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup FF cool whip
8.25 oz can of mandarin oranges drained and patted dry with a paper towel

Directions:
Mix cake mix with the egg white and diet soda of your choice. Pour into a 9X13 in cake pan and cook on 375 for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean! Next poke holes all in the top of the cake with a toothpick and let the cake cool. After that you will need to mix the orange jello pack with the cup of hot water until it is dissolved and then add the cup of cold water. Then pour that over the top of the cake and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours to let the jello set up. Then mix the vanilla Jello with the cup of FF milk and add the tsp of vanilla extract. Now fold that into the FF cool whip and then top the cake evenly with the mixture. Finally top the cake with the mandarin oranges!!! YUMMY!! Be sure to keep this cake in the fridge!!!

Cut the cake into 24 equal pieces and they will be equal to 2.5 points each!!
