Okay so life is hard and food is easy! Food is the way I have always dealt with my emotions!! I am trying so hard to learn that food makes my life hard when I overdue it and that all things are good in moderation.

I weighed about 217 at Christmas and so as always my new years resolution was to "LOOSE WEIGHT!!!" I tried on my own for a while and was able to get down to about 205 and then from there I hit a stopping point...so I joined my local WW. My cousin A was doing WW so thanks to her I had a lot of encouragement to get started!!! Thanks A!

The only thing that I am not pleased with right now is my exercise! I really want to walk 3 times a week or go to a gym but being a nursing student and a full time mom to 3 girls under the age of 7 really takes up a lot of my time!

So here is all my personal weight's that is hard for me to even talk about much less put on my blog, but I am going to be BRAVE and enjoy my journey!

My goal short term is to weigh 180 and my long term goal is to weigh about 165... I get overwhelmed easy so I have to take baby steps in order to do well!

My sister is suppose to go and join WW tommorow and I really hope that she does because I love to have support and enjoy talking with A and other WW ppl about what they eat and how there weight loss is going!
